Wonderful opportunity for Queen collectors with this original UK white label test pressing of the celebrated 1978 album Jazz. This copy was originally owned by John Deacon, who, before the official release of the album entrusted the records to his mother, Mollie, and his sister, Julie (the vendor's wife) so they could listen to the album before its final release. Released as 2 x single sided LPs with the track listings handwritten by John Deacon. Record 1 is in Ex+ condition showing a couple of very light and minor paper surface scuffs. Matrix/runout: YAX-5550-1U RTB-2 STERLING with LPFB 2 machine stamped to the non-playing side. Record 2 is in Ex condition displaying a couple of light and minor surface hairline marks, these never heavier feelable scratches. Matrix/runout: YAX-5551-1U RTB-1 STERLING with LPFB 2 machine stamped to the non-playing side. Both with Untested Pressing For Artistic Approval Only stamped to the playing side label. Both records are housed with signed certificate of authenticity from the vendor.
